Save you money for coffee

Any jackass can write a book and this booklet is a perfect example. You could sum it up with a single sentence. I do not like crossfit and am not associated with them. No science or contrary principles are offered, just don't drink the koolaid. Well duh!

Thanks for telling us the truth!

Where does The Good, Bad, and the Ugly: CrossFit rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

As one of the top! CrossFit is a great program, but it can be a deceptive workout practice at time. I think this audiobook just ensures that there is never going to be a fitness routine that doesn't have kinks in it.
