Great guide!

Great guide. all the exercises in the book make a lot of sense in terms of how to jump higher. they basically work your leg muscles a ton. stronger muscles = more vert. i just got started but could definitely see how this works.

Satisfied!

This book has greatly improved my vertical jump. I’m finally touching the rim now when before I could barely touch the net. Hoping to be dunking soon! Pretty easy exercises to do. Can all be done at home. Very satisfied.

Very effective ideas

This book is great. I was a little worried because I am a girl an wasn't sure if these excerises were gonna be too hard or effective. But Author shows great exercises and explains the science behind vertical jump. He explain the exercises step by step. Very informative and great info. Will definitely help you increase you certain will you help you gain knowledge about it also.

Great training book

But seriously this book explains exactly what you need to do( in easy steps) to dunk a basketball. My vertical is way higher now in just 6 months of training / practice. I still cant dunk a real ball but I'm satisfied with the improvements. After listening it's kind of a let down but it was also obvious that it was going to take a lot of practice and patience to get there. There's no secret. Get a tennis ball and start trying to dunk it. Stop practicing if you're getting tired. Practice, practice and practice.

Great workout plan

I found this book while looking for something to improve the skills in basketball. My teenager cousin is very passionate about this game and I’m always trying to help him out with an advice and practical tricks to make him a better player.Recommend him and I would recommend this book for anyone who has a love for the game or just wants a great workout to improve his vertical jump.

Best audible

I enjoy basketball and playing with my son is the best. I do not have much jump and he always can jump higher than me. I looked all over the internet and nothing worked. Finally, I found this book on “How to Dunk Like a Pro.” This may best-kept secret ever. It is easy to follow.

Must listen for vertical jumping!

A must have! This book will really help you if you wish to jump higher. I really liked the way it gave you clear instructions on jumping.
