Title should read "ALL AROUND HUMAN"

I was expecting more on diet concepts, although there was discussion on "Cold" water drinking and body cooling techniques. The chapters on sexual issues were informative for a Sexual Self Help book...it was not expected!

Title needs renaming

Half of the book was about how to get a 4 hour body and the science behind it. Then squished in the middle was an entirely different book on how to sexually please women; did not expect that. An undercover book buy for men.

Likely ok in print but not on audible.

Likely ok in print but not on audible. Would be better to see the advice in print. Talks about numbers etc. Hard to listen and visualize.

Good quick listen

This book is a good listen for this who want to get your mindset and focus back towards better healthier decisions. I don’t think the chapters on better sexual positions or story of adult film star were necessary but that is just my opinion.

Great information

I liked the structure to the slow carb diet where you’re not eliminating an entire food group rather selecting specific items that digest slower in your system!

Transformational!

My son read this book and changed his health and life by following many of the suggestions he read about. I drastically improved my life by listening to just a few key rules passed on from my son that he learned from the book. He shared with many and so have I. I am now reading the whole book for myself and just completed the Audible version. I truly thank you, Mr. Ferriss for all of your inquisitive journeys on how the human body reacts to different foods, drugs and lifestyles. You make a difference and that is what we are here to do!
