Good information bad audio

I really appreciate this book; however the audio have several issues.
1. The woman reading practice up talking. She paused In The middle of sentences and sound like a computer voice.
2. I believe a man should have read this voice because the book was written by man.
3. The recoding quality was bad.
4. This should be more conversational.

Excellent book about Ayurveda

This book is a traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing. A good stress reliever. Good read and excellent book bout Ayurveda.

Informative Book, And So Relaxing!

I would recommend this book to any of my friends. Life is stressful these days and it pays to spend time on taking care of yourself.

What did you like best about this story?

I am new to Ayurvedic so the whole book was captivating. I loved the way that each chapter was so detailed and full of information about health and wellness. I found many parts that I can implement into my daily life and I've started already.

What does Bo Morgan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Her voice was calm and soothing, she narrated it very well.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I always listen to audiobooks in the car so this was perfect for a long drive. I arrived at my destination fresh and relaxed.

Helpful guide

The author clearly explains method of medicine and all the benefits of it inspired me to get started on Ayurvedic lifestyle.There is yoga, ayurvedic cooking and herb recipes, dosh information, simple ayurvedic tips and motivational guidelines. this book helped me focus and gave me the kick-start I needed.

It was a great book for beginners. I have been interested for years and have read several books on Ayurveda but it was so overwhelming I didn't know where to start.then I got this audio book, this book helped me focus and gave me the kick-start I needed.

Where does Ayurveda rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

For self improvement and self help audiobooks I would think it's the top audiobook I've listened to.

What did you like best about this story?

The best part of this story was the simplistic approach in treating your stressors with a variety of treatment methods.

What about Bo Morgan’s performance did you like?

I like their calm and educated voice.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I'm about half way done with this book but it's very good so far. I will definitely finish it and advice people to listen to it part by part so you can fully grasp all of the treatment methods to relieve your stressors.
