Exercises too difficult to follow.

Whilst I have no doubt this guy knows what he is talking about but this doesn't really work as an audio book. The exercises aren't explained in a way that you can easily follow them. (I'm assuming the hard copy has accompanying graphics). The beginning chapter is interesting, explaining other symptoms caused by apt but without being able to understand the exercises fully and know you are doing them correctly.. it isn't overly useful, sadly.

I found it helpful in 'diagnosis' of the issues..but apt yoga on you tube more helpful to correct it.
Delivery can be little annoying.. apt is mentioned almost every sentence.

There’s no PDF

There’s no PDF showing illustrations of the stretches. Not recommended. Save yourself some time and try a different one, I’m not sure how it got so many good reviews without a PDF.
