I really like the author’s focus on the phrase “Prevention is key”, as the culture nowadays in the US too focused on treatment rather than long term prevention and health preserving practices. The more effort we put in early to follow some of these simple steps to keep our back, legs, and other body part’s healthy, the less likely well experience chronic pains associated with them.
A lot of these pain relieving are new to me so I started practicing them immediately, per the authors suggestion, and I can already a lot of reliefs from my very active life; the lower body related stretches really help alleviate the stress and soreness I feel from my daily 4-5 mile runs!
Overall, it has been an enjoyable listen, and I really like how the author weave in some humors and quotable statements that we can relate to. Kudos!
