Informative book

The author suggests taking acting classes if you want to be at that level. If you are an empath, you need to learn how to protect your feelings as you are an easy target. The ability to analyze people is useful for both personal and professional life. Know who you’re dealing with and how to deal with them. Such a wealth of information in these books!

The book was in great condition.

I loved the recognition of personal and organizational change and our responsibility for both. While we all fell just a small cog in a large machine, the book allows you to appreciate the impact you can have on individuals and the entire organization.

The book was Outstanding!

Emotional Intelligence and how to become an emotionally intelligent leader. This has opened my mind to so many more ideas to be an effective leader and also has helped me recognize the major flaws of my current leaders. Look forward to implementing these new ideas!

Great material.

Excellent information about what great leadership looks like, but needs some clear action steps. I bought and read this book for a college leadership class and I did find a lot of useful wisdom out of it.

Enjoyable read!

I've always thought emotional intelligence is such a complicated thing to really grasp, but this book did a great job of simplifying what it's really about. I'm glad that the author included a chapter about using emotional intelligence in relationships, as this is something I really struggle with. Overall it was an enjoyable read.
