Gets better with every listen.

Enjoyed the audio version so much that I downloaded the Kindle version a few days ago. I am looking forward to reading the book now, reinforcing the valuable lessons in this book.

Giant ad for BNI and other paid services

book isn't wrong about referral marketing being useful, but it constantly alludes to a paid marketing program called the referral institute
