Required read for any leader

Should be a required read for any leader. This is a good book to keep around and reflect upon. GREAT book to study year after year!!

LOVE Strengths Finder

I love Strengths Finder! Everyone should take this in order to understand their work habits and strengths as an individual. You will get a better understanding of how to work with others and how others can work with you.

Not my Choice in reading

Boss wanted me to read this book for hiring profiling
Not a big fan of putting people into a box category

I loved the exploration of the different personalities.
