Where’s the PDF?

Good overall. Not seeing the pdf though- please remedy that. I like the Clifton strengths they make a lot of sense and I can see why they are popular.

I don't think I would try another book for Tom Rath but definitely will for David de Vries

Not true at all on the contrary I've finished 5 books with the same style

It was a long lecture. However, it was very interested and fulfilled. Good job I had learned new information and ideas as well.

amazing insight and true descriptions of each individual strengths. it helped me understand how I see the world and how others around me that have shared their strength with me see the world. it really helps understand Behavior of individuals.
