Story
Why have history's greatest minds - from George Washington to Frederick the Great to Ralph Waldo Emerson along with today's top performers, from Super Bowl-winning football coaches to CEOs and celebrities - embraced the wisdom of the ancient Stoics? Because they realize that the most valuable wisdom is timeless and that philosophy is for living a better life, not a classroom exercise. The Daily Stoic offers a daily devotional of Stoic insights and exercises, featuring all-new translations.

These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Clear easily actionable suggestions
This audiobook is incredible. i bought the paperpack version too. Not only was the content in this course very awesome, but I was immediately engaged
Writer synthesizing tools into a really comprehensive delivery that's engaging, short yet informative. The info is actionable and can be integrated into your workflow right off the bat. Saving me a ton of time and scoring me huge points with my boss at work!
Am half through your course and i find it really informative and creative. Your resources are new and i never heard of anywhere.
For myself there were just a few applications i didn't know and some small tips. Regardless of that, i am giving 5 stars because it deserves.

Contributed greatly in my productivity
This course offers a lot of information for streamlining "life". There was a section or two that didn't apply to me, but overall I really enjoyed the course. I plan on recommending the course to my schooling son. it's a very good course for someone who struggles with time management.
the ideas and techniques which is showing in the course is very useful , it really shows how to save time and the audio book provide a lot of useful, simple, and specific pieces of advice. Maybe not all tips and tricks are for everybody, but the ones that are applicable to you will save you tons of time.
This is a must for everyone. Very well researched content. Love it. I'll check the productivity project 21 days too.
So, to sum it up: This course is probably the best example of the 'Pareto principle'. It uses the 20% of content/ work that gives you 80% of the stuff you want to know. That's very efficient.
