Organization in transformation

Gerstner's review of his leadership at IBM is compelling and suitable for audio format. I enjoyed being guided through the story of a successful major change effort in a well-known organization. Most change efforts are not this successful. I am left wondering how insiders in the Big Blue feel about the same years in transition.
