This is an exemplary tale of how an idea implemented consistently and staying nimble keeps you a live in business. Great book to listen too.

The first autobiography I've ever read had humor sprinkled throughout the whole book. It really made me laugh.

I love non-fiction as a genre. This book did not disappoint me. It details the whys and hows of running a Wal-Mart Center and the thinking behind how things are done. I applaud Sam Walton for trying to expand and at the same time, keep a small-town
feel to each of his stores. I was encouraged to read about Associate incentives offered to employees. It surely gave me
more compassion for shopping at Wal-Mart, and I really would have enjoyed meeting Sam Walton in person. He truly
was an exceptional individual.
