Story
In 2012, on his third tour of duty in Afghanistan, an improvised explosive device left Dan Crenshaw's right eye destroyed and his left blinded. Only through the careful hand of his surgeons, and what doctors called a miracle, did Crenshaw's left eye recover partial vision. And yet, he persevered, completing two more deployments. Why? There are certain stories we tell ourselves about the hardships we face—we can become paralyzed by adversity or we can adapt and overcome. We can be fragile or we can find our fortitude. Crenshaw delivers a set of lessons to help you do just that.

Nothing's changing; you're not getting stronger or leaner or feeling better, and, heck, maybe you'll just take a layoff and see what happens. You know what happens. That two-week layoff lasts a year, that's what happens! Now consider this: Traffic was light and you're 15 minutes early for your dental cleaning appointment. You flip open your device and bring up your new copy of Before We Go. By the time the dental tech calls you, you've heard two chapters and are amped to get to the gym. Your mind is racing through the appointment, and it's all you can do to stay in that squeaky lounge chair.

Forget what you might have been told; triathlon running is not like typical running. The triathlon run comes after a swim and a bike. The training, pacing, and technique requirements are very different from regular running. But this isn’t what triathletes have been told. Fortunately, with the right kind of run training, the triathlon run doesn’t have to be a long, painful slog with a stumble to the finish. Triathlon Running Foundations provides the specific information athletes need in order to feel strong for every step of the run, all the way to the finish.

Marathons have become too easy for some runners. What was once the pinnacle of achievement in a runner's life is now a stepping stone for extraordinary adventure in ultramarathoning. The number of ultrarunners - those running distances of 50k (31 miles), 50 miles, 100k (62 miles), or 100 miles - is growing astronomically each year. To date, there has been no practical guide to ultramarathoning. Now, Bryon Powell has written Relentless Forward Progress, the first how-to manual for aspiring ultrarunners.

Amazing!!!!!’ motivating!!!!!
I am so motivated to do this program. I love this book I can’t find the PDF onto download or the exercises for stretching. If you could guide me I would appreciate it. Audible couldn’t help me either. Thank you.
