Publisher's summary

If you are looking for a way to be more social and have effective communication skills, then you are looking at the right book.

There are so many people who completely lack interest in talking with others, and this could be out of choice or fear. I would however advise that making small talk or just socializing with other people is always very beneficial.

I'm sure that you have heard that communication is the backbone of any successful and healthy relationship. It is exactly what creates an understanding between two or more people allowing them to have some kind of connection.

You may be thinking, "How can talking make my life better?" But you also have the answer with you. Think of a situation when you felt really down and a friend came over, you talked, and you instantly felt better. This is just how magical talking is, and so I encourage you to put an effort into ensuring that you start talking more.

By listening to this book you will discover:

  • Easy ways to start small talk with anyone
  • Most common symptoms of social anxiety
  • Easygoing ways to overcome social anxiety
  • The importance of talking skills in your life
  • Great tips on how to develop confidence and self-esteem
  • Affirmations for confidence and self-esteem

Speak to anyone about anything with the help of this book!

Importance of Small Talk

Unfortunately it doesn't talk about strategies to improve small talk. It basically is an overview of why it's important and some very general strategies to combat social anxiety. I did not find anything new here unfortunately.
