Something to think about
I got this audiobook for myself because this year has been tough. I have two kids and have lost myself along the way somewhere. I like how this audible is broken up into chunks. As self-love is and what it is not. It gives clear guidelines without being judged. The audiobook itself is bright and kaleidoscopic.
