Great book if your thinking about TM
As a 13 year veteran of Is Transcendental Meditation I can say this is a great book if you're thinking about learning how to do Transcendental Meditation. It's very It's very informative as to what do what TM is, the mechanics of it, comma and the difference I can make in your life wife with regards to stress and personal development. I wish the book was available when I was thinking about doing TM.
