I enjoyed the audiobook. It was very informative. It gives a lot of detail on the history of TM and how to get started. The second half of the audiobook is the practice meditation that was very helpful.

I just read another book previous to this that dragged on and left me with no idea what Transcendental meditation was but this one was pretty much to the point. I didn’t care for the accents the reader tried to do lol as not necessary but the overall book was great!
