very clear, simple ideas. good for beginners.

I found this little guide more helpful than a much longer book on the subject I listen recently. This audio and an equally simple but helpful app has helped me to meditate successfully from my first attempt.

Perfect book for beginners

Perfect book for beginners! I have not done a lot of meditation but I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I am hoping to reduce my stress level. Although I just got the book, I am already seeing the benefits. It is simple, clear and easy to understand. It gives smalls steps that make a big difference. I am very optimistic about this book.

This is a really easy to follow

This is a really easy to follow, simple introduction to meditation. It takes the mystery out of the process and helped me to see that anyone can meditate and more than that, helped me understand the benefits of it. Five Star Release!

Gone are the days when I'd sit and start to relax but end up getting anxious all over again. I realized, I've been doing it the wrong way, so this Meditation Audiobook guide has been helping me on how to cope, be comfortable with my body, maintain a proper diet and relax my mind. I highly recommend this book.
