Works for me!

As in any Audible book, the voice is key, and Lisa's voice is a pleasure to listen to. The exercises she leads are effective and relaxing, just what I wanted. Seems to be similar to NLP

Stressed? This will relax the stress out of you.

When listening to this at a time of relaxation (I use it at bedtime) you will find yourself feeling better and sleeping peacefully. Don't wait a minute longer to get this audible! During the day, I find myself saying words like, 'peaceful', 'relaxed', and 'content'.
