    I've always been intrigued by the concept of mindfulness. It's something I've wanted to try for years now. Glad that I went ahead and gave it go. Lots of invaluable advice on how to get started. Definitely recommend this one.

    This book is a life changer and I strongly believe I'm not the only one who would say so. it has definitely taught me to get in control of my mind, to see my thoughts as just that, passing thoughts. my anxiety has subsided a ton. the practices in this book are simple and easy. so if you are a beginner in mediating and want to get in better control of you mind, release yourself from a vicious cycle of emotional suffering and stress, and achieve happiness, I highly suggest this book.

    I am continually on the look out for small mindfulness type books and this one fit the bill perfectly. Read it and begin your path to mental clarity and calm. I am a high stress individual and this book gave me simple exercises to get my anxiety under control. Short read and little time needed for each exercise. Can fit into anyone schedule

    "BEST AUDIO BOOK...."

    I am always looking for ways to find moments of calm in my life. These mindfulness habits have given me so many ideas for working a few minutes of peace into day. I especially love the habits of mindfulness with kids and teaching them this practice at an early age. The links to additional resources are also incredibly useful.

    This book may be most useful to readers new to mindfulness. The author does a good job of pulling practical suggestions together from the literature. The use of intentional rituals was a concept new to me. I appreciated that he organized the book by taking the reader through a typical day using mindfulness techniques.

    Life will pass us by, so we might as well enjoy the journey. I like the word "mindfulness" as it is much less intimidating than meditation. Plus, it is much easier to do. This is easy to read, step-by-step, and even easier to do. A great, fun read.

    I just started using this book, although I have practiced Mindfulness before. I like the suggestions for "intentions" that are in the latter part of the book. I was able to choose many quickly, and know that I can focus on one for now. It made it a quick read so I can get started right away.

    I receive this book and am absolutely loving it I'm 50 pages into it and everything I read I can relate to in my life from the first few pages I see a lot of this book in what it says in my life right now and how displaced we all are in today's technology that we are neglecting the present moments with our kids our families and most important our happiness. This is a great book for teenagers adults and families I strongly recommend reading it gaining the knowledge and turning the tv off putting the phones down leaving work set aside and live in the moment
