I'm living a happier life because of this book!
What made the experience of listening to From Stress to Stillness the most enjoyable?
I was waiting for this book and didn't know it! It is the ultimate book about how to attain and support higher consciousness while living a busy life in a world spinning out of control. The advice is so simple and practical that I found nuggets to put into practice in the first few pages. I live more slowly and peacefully now. What a difference! So don't stop with this one, read all of Gina Lake's books! Thank you Gina for writing the most incredibly practical and wise spiritual books out there!

Practical, helpful, inspiring
What made the experience of listening to From Stress to Stillness the most enjoyable?
Upon listening to this book, stress began to melt away and Stillness became more apparent and easier to become aware of. The narrator, Toni Orans, has a mixture of clarity, sympathy, and peace that make this easy and powerful to listen to.

Would you consider the audio edition of From Stress to Stillness to be better than the print version?
Listening to it brings a profound peacefulness. With each chapter,...no, with each paragraph heard, you relax into deeper states of pleasantness.
What was one of the most memorable moments of From Stress to Stillness?
Gina gives the tools you need to transform a challenging situation into a transformational experience. It's genus. Each chapter grows in value. It crescendos at the end leaving you with the confidence to go through the toughest day.

life changing
The struggle to feel peace and happiness is real amongst a society that is so fast paced and competitive. This book gave me tools to apply that have helped to to slow down, focus, and most of all recognize who I really am and find more purpose in life. I can honestly say I'm twice as happy of a person than I was before this book.

Super concise and practical guide

A most remarkable book
I have listened to this book by Gina Lake three times before writing this review. Listening to the words of Jesus are so very powerful and as I apply his teachings to my life, my life is changing for the better. Slowly I am coming to the realisation that it is the way I perceive the world that is causing my stress and as I change my perception, I feel less stressed.
With this book’s help I am beginning to understand that I create the experiences of my life. We are all masters of our own ship and it is our own perception of what is happening that causes stress and sadness. In and of themselves events are neutral. Learning to accept ‘ what is’, is very empowering . Going within, learning to meditate and sitting in stillness, allows the egos thought system to prattle on in my head , as it does, but practicing not buying into it, is a game changer.
The book teaches the thoughts inside your head is like a computer program, it never stops and the thoughts are not your thoughts, it’s a program and you decide whether you want to buy into them or not, your choice - stress or stillness.
Meditating and sitting in silence helps connect us to our divine source of love and wisdom.
( The kingdom of God is within you). An absolute treasure of a book.
