Overall, it's a good book

After reading and listening to numerous books and tapes for years, this one is simple,concise and seems easily done. Being eighty with, hopefully some life left, perhaps this will help me continue forward positively. I enjoyed it so much I am purchasing hard copies for my adult children. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

Totally Awesome

The author is direct and to the point on explaining how to create solid habits to form a positive attitude and tough mindset. --- I have read other books on this topic and none of them ever covered the value of black coffee, mindless eating and how certain addictions weigh on mental toughness. It's food for thought. 😁

Narration good..

This book covers all the tenets of good health both physical and mental. Well written and to the point. He provides just the right amount of info on each topic without a ton of boring detail and fluff. Most of the information wasn't new to me but I like that it was a fairly quick read and well organized.

Fantastic resource!

That is the thing that I got received after tuning in to this audio.I utilized likely just 50% of the strategies portrayed in the sound and had an enormously fruitful introduction. I discovered this book exceptionally profitable. I have no grievances about the narration.

A compelling listen from start to finish as you learn to think,breathe ,and train as a warrior. Author nailed it....

As a full time employee and part time grad student self discipline is a must have. I have used the concepts in this book to assure I am completing tasks for work as well as assuring I have time for family, prayer, and exercise. Sometimes failure does happen, but as Ian mentioned in his book to move forward and not dwell on the past.
