Very concise book, I love that.

Very concise book, I love that. It's just what I needed. It teaches you several strategies and talks about many potential pitfalls but focuses on the most effective way to be successful to develop your self-discipline.

A beautiful voice with a beautiful content!!

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

This book was very helpful in helping me learn the importance of being gentle with myself. Easy to listen, but there are good ideas for building self discipline. I really liked this book and would recommend anyone who needs such type of information.

I love it
