Story
Russ Harris offers a surprising solution to low self-confidence, shyness, and insecurity: Rather than trying to "get over" our fears, he says, the secret is to form a new and wiser relationship with them. Paradoxically, it's only when we stop struggling against our fearfulness that we begin to find lasting freedom from it.

I think the book did well for the most part. I just wish the reader checked the pronunciation for much of the anatomical terms. The book provided several outside sources which is appreciated.

The amount of mispronounced words in this audiobook is laughable. Meh on the content, it is for very, very basic self massage, not for professionals.

Easy to learn massage techniques that feel great!
This audio is full of great ways to massage various parts of the body. I got this for me and my girlfriend so we could take turns massaging the areas that hurt the most. She says that I have gotten better and she is definitely doing better. The acupressure points on the foot listed in the audio where a great help along with the suggestion of a foam back roller. I got one of those and it really works wonders! A great audio!

great techniques
This audio book has a lots of different techniques for massages, not only to relax you, but also relieve pain, by telling you where are the best places to apply acupressure in order to make you feel better. I have been suffering from neck pain and while I have my husband massage my neck, his technique seems to only provide temporary relief. After listening to this book, I'm going to have him try one of the more specific techniques provided and see if that works better or for more of a long-term relief.

All You Need To Know About Massages and More
Where does Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure Therapy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
"Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure Therapy" ranks high on my list of audio books that I have listened to so far. I say this because I learned a lot about what you can do to get rid of "pain, tension, or stress," without having to go see my doctor. This book shows you how to relieve the pain without the use of medication.
What other book might you compare Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure Therapy to and why?
Another book that I would compare "Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure Therapy" to would be "Health: Ultimate Health Secrets," also written by Ace McCloud. The reason I chose this book is because in "Health..." they also talk about the wonders of using massage and acupressure.
Have you listened to any of Joshua Mackey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have listened to many of Joshua Mackey's performances, and it ranks right up there with the rest of them. Joshua has always brought fun and excitement to Ace McCloud's books, and there is no difference here.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Since this book was purely informational, I neither laughed or cried. I just took the information in.

Not exactly what I’d was hoping for.
I suffer from chronic pain on a daily basis.
I know that acupressure and massage can do a lot to alleviate some of that.
Since I can’t persuade my husband to give me massages and can’t afford to get a professional one very often, I was trying to learn some self techniques.
I am blind and most of what I was able to find online is mostly visual.
I decided to check on Audible and see if I could find an audiobook that might be of more help.
I thought that being an audiobook, there may have been more explanation given.
Unfortunately, the author mostly suggested a lot of YouTube videos rather than giving a clear explanation as to where the pressure points were located.
I am sure that if you are cited and want to use this book along with the YouTube videos, it would be flying.
