Even more powerful than the first book!
Me: Bro. You've gotta check out this book.
Brother: Oh yeah
Me: It's going to sound silly if I explain it but the vortex tool is legit. I just ran 2/3rds of my usual hour walk. I even sprinted the last part.
Brother: How are you feeling now?
Me: I'm ready to go again. I'm sending you a 3 month audible subscription. Just listen to it.
I have been on the fence about the tools, mostly because I have convinced myself that everything I could ever need is within me. This book teaches that greater forces are at work and gives you tools to connect with them.
Highly recommended.

Helpful Visualizations
Coming Alive’s tools for growth are helpful. Michaels and Stutz provide complex visualizations and their explanations and examples resonate. Gerald Epstein’s “Healing Visualizations” (1989) is another visualization book which addresses completely different diseases. Stutz and Michael’s tools are refreshing.

The mountaintop
I'm 80 years of age and I've been searching my entire life for that which would set me free. I no longer am seeing just the shadows on the cave wall. All the truth, beauty and goodness that I have journeyed in entire lifetime to find is now before me and has set me free. Free at last, free at last,
Thank you for your guidance, for which I've suffered to find my entire life. In truth I can finally see the mountaintop.
