relief from stress

Good book for work stress. found it helpful. In my line of work customers can stress you out and vent out your anger. More helpful then, stop and count to ten.

excellent

This is a practical book on anger management. The exercises were properly balanced. I only wish there were follow up services or online group meetings to help with putting some of the material into practice.

Wasn't heavy and was explained to make for a smooth listen. Exercises we're engaging but not overpowering. A great start to getting anger and emotions under control.

suggested

I felt like my irritability and anger were hardwired, so I was afraid nothing could actually help. Most suggestions don't help when you react so fast it gives you whiplash. But this book REALLY helped. I listened it weeks ago and haven't had an anger episode since. I feel much more in control. james lee is clearly a very kind person. His approach is no-nonsense but understanding and nonjudgmental.

The best book I've listen on anger management...ever. Enlightening. I learned more about my anger from this book than I learned during years of therapy.
