great flow

Mackenzie Grey, is our main character-with great friends to help her through her journey. All the books so far have been exciting and well written. You will be cheering for Mackenzie Grey along with me.

Mackenzie grows up with a human family, all the time thinking she is human. One day she changes into a wolf. Needless to say, she has questions. Instinctively, she doesn't tell her family and leaves her home to live on her own. The story flies from there. She will befriend humans, other wolves, vampires and… This story expands with every new bit of information she uncovers.

Nicole Poole's narration is excellent for all 3 books, and I have paced Karina Espinosa on my favorite Author (to purchase) list

Series review

It’s 700 AM and I want to start the next book. I can’t believe the Luna’s died! This is a series worth binge-listening.

Awesome!

I loved the courage of Mackenzie and her will to try and make change in a broken and out dated system through her loses and heartbreak I believe her character will rise and bring hell to those who deserve it.

Better than I expected

This is the second Mackenzie Grey novel that I have read. The characters and story are well developed and entertaining. The biggest problem I have with this book is that Mackenzie is a bit dense at times and doesn't plan ahead. If the consequences of her actions didn't affect others, it wouldn't be so bad. This makes Mackenzie somewhat unlikable. However , the story is interesting so I will read the next book. I will probably finish the series.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! This series is amazing, Mackenzie Grey is a funny, passionate character who doesn't take crap from anyone and she just keeps moving forward. The supporting characters are fun to follow and the unwavering support all the characters have for each other is what we all strive to find in life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Caged?

Mackenzie's character is just coming into her own and she fights for what she believes in, even after people try to knock her down and break her spirit. It's hard to pick one memorable moment but I love when she comes back to New York and Bash and Jonah's reactions.

Which character – as performed by Nicole Poole – was your favorite?

Nicole Poole is such a great narrator, I've listened to a couple of her series she's preformed and she's also fun to listen to. I like the sarcasm she puts into Jackson's banter, he's a fun character for sure.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

After the time she spent in the abandoned subway tunnels. That was hard to get through, as was her struggles after the fact.

Any additional comments?

This series is so fun and I'm so invested in the characters. All the relationships that are developing as well as the action and adventure, the changes Mackenzie is fighting for with the Luna's, it's just a great series with so much potential for more.

I Won't Be Caged

Talk about ending a book with a bang! What an emotional rollercoaster! Going straight to book 3.

Love this book and had me on the edge of my seat. Laughed , cry and got mad. I am glad that she is making waves.
Now to see what trouble Kenzie can get into this time.
