From triggered frustration to freedom!
This one had wars of a different kind but still nail biting and entertaining. I felt for Jess, as I know many do and it’s wonderful to have such things written in such a smart and uplifting way. I wish she would have been able to punch the ex in the face but having Austin make him pee himself surely suffices. Another 👩🏽🍳😘! Keep ‘em coming!

I’d speculate that Ms Breene gave us a piece of herself.
Amazing continuation of this series! The subject matter of this one is something I feel would have to be experienced on a personal level in able to translate it so well. As a warrior that has fought and survived an extremely similar situation I felt this book on a primal level. The only way I could see this book as possible is by living through it and finding your power and strength with a ton of imagination to survive it. How she could have thought this series was dead ended I have no clue. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Great story/great narration!
Yet another engaging addition to the series! Love the story, characters, and relationships. And this narrator continues to knock it out of the park with this series! She does an incredible job of creating voices specific to each character and actually MAINTAINS those voice characteristics from book to book!! IMPRESSIVE! Highly recommend this book and series!
