Great meal plans to follow

A lot of info. Great meal plans to follow. Except I can't have pork or fish. So I make chicken instead. Overall great for beginners.

Great book if you like to cook.

I did not think this would be mainly a recipe book. I was hoping for more information on foods you can buy that are gluten-free. Great book if you like to cook!

This is a nice little cookbook.

This is a nice little cookbook if you are trying Paleo. I used about a total of 12-15 recipes in it and, even though we are not eating strictly Paleo anymore, there are a few I still use.
