Publisher's Summary

People tend to flock to cults to gain a better understanding of a principle that they are uneducated about. People figure that when they join a group of people that perform something such as exercising, they trust that the workout is working or otherwise why would people continue to perform it? This is where CrossFit comes into play. Along with the other recently ever changing fitness fads, I will explain why CrossFit is yet another one of those fads. I will use my professional training experience and education to make the claims that I do, as well as how dangerous this CrossFit program can be.
