I originally gave this book a four star review because it was interesting, but didn't seem revolutionary. However, after trying the diet for a few days, I'm changing to five stars! The diet is easy to follow, I've dropped a few pounds, and best yet, I feel so much better. I don't feel exhausted in the afternoon and I've moved out of the brain fog I blamed on having two small children. The author does talk about a lot of the products she has for sale to go with this diet, but I did it without any of it (she is pretty good about giving options for other products). I can't wait to see the full results after 3 weeks.
