Delicious Recipes

Useful Audiobook

I was prepared to find this bk to be like all the other Keto diet books I've listen and/or purchased. NOT SO! Each recipe tells you exactly how many calories, fat, carbs, fiber & protein you're eating if you measure everything as you prepare the recipe.
