Surely got it helpful and instructive as I began 5:2.Not the best but at $6.95 it's obvious to overlook the authors. If you follow this plan, you will lose weight and only time will tell if it stays lost for good.The 5:2 approach is really a recipe for life. You will observe less hungry much of the time because calorie limitation tends to reduce your overall hunger and maintaining normal eating days tends to reduce natural desires. As they say, try it, I think you'll like it.

If you want to lose your weight effortlessly, this diet is the perfect one for you! What I like the most about this diet is that it doesn't involve eating less calories on a daily basis. "5:2" means it has a weekly diet plan of eating normally for 5 days and fasting for 2 days. You can eat all of your favorite foods for 5 days as long as you limit your calories on the other 2 days. After 3 weeks on this diet I am already seeing some results...

A very effective diet plan

This is an interesting diet plan. I wanted to learn more about the 5:2 diet to see if I wanted to read the book upon which this informational guide is based, and the author did a good job summarizing and explaining the concepts very succinctly. Love to recommend this book to my sisters!
