The science behind essential oils exists, and it is important to understand it, if you want your work with them to be effective. This audiobook gives a complete insight into secrets on how to make effective essential oils that will aid you in different areas of your life. I purchased the audiobook mostly because I wanted to find out more about weight loss essential oils, but I learned a lot more. For example there are recipes about essential oils that can be used in the alternative medicine. Great audiobook!

A Must Have if You Love Essential Oils!

I've been an avid user of essential oils since last year when the stress of a very demanding job had me searching for anything that would alleviate my discomfort. One day, I stumbled upon am article about essential oils and stress relief, and a host of other uses, and I immediately ordered myself a mini diffuser and a random collection of oils. I didn't know what I was doing as I mixed various oils together, and this book would have been SO helpful!!!

Joy Louis has done some great work putting this very informative collection of tips and recipes together. She gives great background information about some of the most used oils, but she also gives great insight into how some of the oils I would have never even considered buying can be helpful. Like tangerine oil, for instance!! I always enjoy essential oil books that give a history into some of these products rather than just spouting off recipes. I came to essential oils because I believe that nature has given us much of what we need to be healthy. So, I like learning how these oils have been used for thousands of years. They're not some new fad like a cronut.

Pick this one up for great recipes and information! You won't regret it!

Great guide for beginners!!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Essential Oils: Essential Oils for Beginners?

This audiobook, from Joy Louis, is the second I have from the same author about this subject. The science behind essential oils exists so I wanted another audiobook with practical instructions that will allow me to make oils for my health issues. I also LOVE cleaning oils, they smell sooo nice. Beside recipes, there are some general guidelines, info on how to use essential oils safely, etc. For a beginner as me, this audiobook is perfect and just what I had in mind while looking for this kind of a guide.

What Amazing Uses For Essential Oils

You know, I had no idea essential oils had so many great uses. To be able to lose weight, remove wrinkles and cure a lot of issues naturally is golden. This is great information and the narrator kept the information engaging to learn.

Definitely, yes. I am pleasantly surprised that Essential Oils have many uses. Thanks to this book, I found out about it.

Well, I'm just really amazed. I heard some about Essential Oils, but this book has a lot of information about it, as well as its uses.

This audiobook is definitely a 5-stars for me. It explains everything about Essential Oils uses and applications. It also explains about its safety, like what kind you should use for this and that. I never thought that you could use essential oils for weight loss too. Among its other many uses are natural anti-aging, cleaning, cosmetics, and alternative medicine.

What made the experience of listening to Essential Oils: Essential Oils for Beginners the most enjoyable?

This audio book has a lot of detailed explanations and is a great introduction to using essential oils. Before purchasing this material I only knew that essential oils are used for perfumes and massage and had a very elemental knowledge about them. Thanks to this book, now I enjoy preparing natural cleaning oils and will try oils for weight loss. If you want to learn more about the benefits of using essential oils this is the book you need.

Good topical info; poorly narrated & produced

Topic was covered extremely well & would recommend the book. However, this audio version was poorly done.
Narrator didn't preview the material, and was continuously mispronouncing important words ... which was a repeated listening issue.
Editor didn't preview the recording: there often wasn't a natural break between topics & it frequently sounded like one long run-on sentence.
