This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
I feel that this was very basic, not for medically trained persons. Old information, this book is several years old. Dr. Chopra does not add anything to this presentation. I found his suggestions for the supplements he uses to be poorly grounded.
What do you think your next listen will be?
I have to be more selective.
How could the performance have been better?
It was poorly paced with the introduction belaboring the same points. Very dry, could have been better only by shelving this- old information.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Very few. Didn't enjoy the presentation.
Any additional comments?
A waste of time.
