Everyone should have DMSO in their medicine cabinet!!!
I have been using DMSO for a month now to treat several things both orally and topically. I have used it for nerve and muscle pain, scars, cuts and bruises, topically and I have used it for Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis as well as overall daily well being, 1Tbs twice per day. Topically and orally I use it full strength and have had no side effects. Now that I have the recipes I will ad the extra ingredients for various treatments and see if that works better. I would suggest staring with 1 tsp of DMSO orally and build up to 1 TBS. I am not a doctor so consult with your Dr. first. This is a magnificent product for just about anything that your body requires as far as pain relief and healing. I get my DMSO from Amazon. It comes in full strength as well as diluted in oil, gel, cream and roll on. When using with water I would highly recommend using it with distilled water and make sure your hands and the area of you body you are applying it to are CLEAN.
