good intro or summary of therapy available

I liked listening to the author's voice reading her own work. This book is like either an introduction to what's available to people who suffer from anxiety and depression, or as a summary of all the things we've read on the subject. I would probably listen to this again just to remind me of the things I've learned on my path to recovery from anxiety and depression. This is a good collection of all those things I've read and learned. For those who are new to self-help, this might be a good introduction to what you can do.
