Do I think a lot of other resources have likely taken and repeated this info so you’ve heard it before? Yes. But there were still quite a few applicable and actionable points - even as someone who consistently seeks professional and personal development resources

Fantastic principles for helping people learn how to work things out.

Definitely goes into a lot of detail which may be too much for anyone who wants a quick fix. But there is no quick fix to this issue so they did a good job of telling you how to become a learner to solve problems with others, then to try to “make” people understand you

Concise and applicable

Finally a book that breaks down complex interactions, and then offers ways to address disagreements in an attempt to address the issues. Excellent examples that are concise.
