This book changed everything about my communication approach....

I had it all wrong. My communication style consisted of telling, claiming, asserting, commenting, even manipulating which lead to the opposite effect I was looking for.... instead of listening, asking, taking time to understand/grasp/learn the other side(s) perspective and impacts before engaging humbly... process inquiring. It changes everything: increased confidence in your communication approach and style, happier customer and partners, less stress, better results...
