Great strategies & techniques told in story format

I was really able to wrap my head around the ADD challenges and solutions because most of the book is told in story examples. You're able to follow mini vignettes of imagined characters who have certain ADD challenges.
I could relate to aspects of almost all of them. Some of the things that were said about my biggest challenges were so like what I struggle with it was eerie.
I'm already applying some of the concepts and ideas to my life.
I was not a fan of the narrator, though. The way she over-annunciated the words kind of drove me batty. After a while, I got used to it, though.
