I'VE LOST 10 POUNDS

I have been listening to this audiobook for just over 3 weeks and I have seen and felt the results. I've always been a fan of Joel and Rachael when it comes to their sleep learning systems, but this one is a treat! My wedding/honeymoon is in 1 month and I finallllly feel ready to try on bathing suits. Self confidence is a benefit to this program as well as appetite control and late night sugar cravings.. for me at least :) Happy listening as I highly recommend!
