Sleepy Mommy
I didn't realize I fell asleep. I am not very much into hypnotizism, but I woke up from a very deep slumber. My dreams were much calmer than they usually are. I think it worked pretty well with me. I feel pretty good this morning. I will be trying it again and again to help me sleep!

Perfect way to calm a restless mind.
I thought it being so long might keep me awake, but I was wrong. It helped me stay asleep 1-2 hours longer by the second night.
