First Steps into a Positive Mindset
Some of the most difficult moments in life are the ones we suffer loss and a breakdown in relationships, no matter what relationships, to be fair… this book is here to get you through these darkest first moments, in order to regain confidence, forgive yourself and start the process of moving on into bigger and better things. It might not be the easiest of journeys, but with positive daily affirmations it might just help you start restoring your mindset into an abundant one.
Really well executed book, with a great narration. Definitely recommended.

Truly a good listen
As a female who got a divorce two years ago there are still times, even now I question if the right steps were made and struggle with emotions regarding that relationship and the divorce. When those questions creep and I tend to turn on this book. I know the correct decisions were made and this book definitely helps to alleviate those doubts that creep in.

It helps you focus and stay away from negativity.
This book might assist you in diverting your attention and forgetting about the past.
Now that I've set new objectives for myself, I've realized that I'm capable of achieving them on my own. Other people's counsel is something I pay little heed to.
