Others think that vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, and nuts should be the central part of their everyday diet and animal products such as meat, fish, or dairy products can be consumed occasionally. A plant-based diet means eating foods that are mostly or entirely made from plants, and it allows you to meet your nutritional needs by consuming foods in which none or close to none of the ingredients come from animals. A plant-based diet also focuses on healthy whole foods rather than processed foods.

great recipes

I needed the audiobook mostly for the recipes and it delivers more than 90 recipes and all of them incorporate healthy foods so it's a great inspiration for my kitchen! The recipes are not complicated and come with all the info you need. Very well put together.

Getting fit and staying on my weightloss journey has never been easier with this awesome cookbook. awesome audio book

I just received this cookbook and haven't tried any recipes yet, but I've read through it and enjoyed the notes, photos, and variety of recipes. This is good for those new to cooking on their own too, because the notes include super basics like why to stir the pasta after you've put it in boiling water, rather than leaving it alone and finding a glumpy mess of stuck together noodles later

An outstanding audiobook

In depth which is what I hoped for. I've not tried to implement anything yet because my pooch is only 3.5 weeks old so still with mom.. But this is my first puppy (had a dog once but didn't know what I was doing) and I'm trying to be well-informed about training, dog behavior, nutrition, etc.

This book is eye-opening

This seems like it will be a helpful tool. I plan to crate train and try to inhibit unwanted behaviors as successful as possible through positive reinforcement and loving, patient training. I'm also hoping to prepare myself and my son and partner and kitty for our new family addition. Been writing everything I can get my hands on! I read this book cover to cover fairly quickly. Good writer .

good audiobook

Lot of options for simple, plant-based high-protein meals with little effort and time, each recipe has a photo that inspires me to try them out and the nutrition info helps me with my food dairy!
