MUST Read or Listen you'll enjoy it!
This is an an amazing book to help get you on the right path to better health. I like how its not just about diet and exercise and explains your whole body, mind and soul need nurturing. I purchased the book on her book tour and started my positive journey to a better being. I recently purchased the audio version to hear Michelle narrate her store. I really enjoyed those car rides to and from work. Sometimes I would stay in the car a little bit longer to listen. There is so much information your going walk away with something positive and powerful and personalized just for you. I just know it. Enjoy
