Practical, effective, and useful tools of information!

This book is a gem! Liberty has shared gems of knowledge in every area of self development. Particularly, I enjoyed the sections on motivation, and desires, and time/scheduling wellness and exercise. “If you kinda set time or kinda commit, you kinda find results.” Truth! The info in this book is compiled in a fluid way to help you really feel motivated. Plus a bonus is Liberty has a soothing voice that is easy to listen too and it makes you want to listen to her!!! Excellent read...highly recommend to all who are really ready for a change!

GREAT Book!

This was my first time listening to an audible book and I LOVED it. It was entertaining, fun and real. She talked about nutrition in a way that I felt I could actually implement in my life without feeling overwhelmed. I listened to it on my beach walks and finished it in a week!

Awesome read for women!!!

This book did an amazing job of providing helpful tips and information that all women need when it comes to their health and wellness. It is written in such an engaging way that you don’t ever want to put it down! This will definitely be a go-to book to read over and over again for constant reminders of how to better take care of myself and my body!

Must read for all women !!

Trying to find the right books for health, fitness, motivation and mindset can be exhausting (plus time consuming having to read so many books and they all say different things). Search no more ladies! Liberty has taken all of that and put it into ONE easy to read (or listen to) book!! I can NOT stress enough that EVERY WOMAN (and I honestly think men too) needs to read this! Any age, any fitness level!

She not only has 20+ years experience, but she’s tried and tested almost everything out there- so you don’t have to! This isn’t a quick fix diet book, it’s a lifestyle that’s maintainable and life changing !!! She’s real, honest, and practical! And she knows what she is talking about- backed by science, research, and herself as the guinea pig !

This book offers motivation, health & wellness tips, nutrition, workout tools, mindset, accountability and sooo much more! Do yourself a favor and read it !

Great tips for a healthy mindset and body

Let’s Do This! is a great book for anyone looking for some additional encouragement and motivation for their overall health and wellness. Liberty starts the book talking about positive mindset and the path to health really starts there. As a fitness professional for over 20 years, she has a lot to share and has tried it all to be fit and healthy. There are some really great tips in here to make sure you are maximizing your workouts like what she shares about heart rate. I previously did not know this but have started to incorporate into my workouts. She also shares ideas on healthy eating including go-to snacks and her methodology for balance overall - instead of suggesting a specific diet that many people have trouble sticking to. Raise a glass of wine (or kombucha, since she tells you it’s okay to have both) and cheers to Liberty for an awesome and helpful book.

Review :: Let’s Do This, by Liberty Bernal.

🔺This was the perfect book to get me motivated for the New Year !! I both read & listened to the book and highly recommend doing both. While listening, I when I connected with a part ... or thought, I’m going to try that ... I would reference to the book & either highlight of make a note in the book. I see myself picking this up every once in a while and checking in.
Right away, you can tell Liberty is filled with information and knowledge in the fitness field. She also has a lot of input and suggestions on living and maintaining the best life you can live. There are six sections, not only focusing on fitness . . .but mindset, nutrition, and wellness. Liberty shares some very personal stories, everyone of us ladies will connect in some way.
This is the first book Bernal has written & is a self publisher. It’s a quick read . . . and yet very powerful in a lot of ways.

Simply the Best Motivational and Inspiring Book for Women

Ladies who are ready to make small changes to feel their happiest and healthiest should certainly listen to this book. It’s beautifully narrated by Liberty in her bubbly, caring and truly authentic voice making any woman feel like they have a true friend ready and willing to help them meet their goals. This book shares simple and easy ways to attain real results based on an individual approach so that it works for everyone. Liberty is a trusted fitness professional who truly lives her life this way. Her goal is to help change women’s lives world-wide so that we all can feel, perform and look our best while inspiring other women along the way. I highly recommend this audiobook as a reminder to any woman that taking care of your health and happiness first will allow you to be your best for everyone around you.

SO many gems in this book!!

I would recommend this book to every woman looking to create and maintain balance and consistency in their overall well-being. I love that the author touches on all aspects of wellness, even mental health! The book is full of simple, everyday practices to create the balance that we are all looking for. The book was easy to follow and I didn’t want to stop listening! I appreciated the blend of both research based education, as well as the author’s own personal experiences (years of it!). Well done and a must-read!!

Highly Recommend This Book

This book has helped to give me the motivation that I was lacking within different areas, and it also has helped me to feel like I was not alone. I've been the "Yes" girl most of my life as well, but I'm learning that it's okay to say no and it doesn't mean that you're letting anyone down; it just means that you're setting healthy boundaries.
