zmazing book

This is a well researched book with tremendous amount of information which I would imagin one could only get if you go see a physical therapis for several years or get a masters degree in physiology! As one who does have such a degree, I would highly recommend this book. Clearly it is targeted for runners but the actual applications of all the exercises can benefit everyone. An ounce of prevention is worth thousands in health savings, pain and suffering!

better than any doctor

I began suffering from sharp knee pain when I began running for 5+ miles. I tried ice, Advil, I went to physical therapy, I tried different shoes, different running techniques, and nothing worked. Then one day my girlfriend bought this book for me, and one year later I am pain free and have never felt better.

Don't spend your time and money at a doctors office or in PT. Buy this book, listen to EXACTLY what he says, and do EXACTLY what he says, and as long as there is no substanicial damage to your knees, your knees will improve.....great book

Good information

It is a relief just to read that this condition called tendonitis can be treated and be avoided. The pain brought about by sports and other physical activities can be alleviated if not avoided by following the tips provided here. I am also happy to learn that there are natural remedies for tendonitis. The instructions for proper use are indicated here. I believe this information can be of good use in to many readers especially those engaging in activities requiring repetitive muscle stress.

The phased massage, stretching, mobility, and strength routines are based on scientific evidence and have been proven to successfully treat patellar tendonitis. I’m four weeks into the program and am showing some good progress.Highly recommended
