Good Guide

This book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first week's meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the book. Good For Weight Loss

This is a very accommodating guide for weight loss. As such, this book chapters will explain the best ways to get started with the keto diet to assure that you are able to successfully stick with it not just to lose a few lbs., but to build an entirely new dietary lifestyle. Its Good

The diet looks easy enough to follow for someone who eats meat. I am a strict vegan, so much of what is being shared will be hard to follow. I love this book. Well-written

This book serves as a guide for a person who is beginning the ketogenic diet. I discovered that this diet requires your body to adjust to a few changes. The food recipes here are too easy to make and definitely can help avoid cravings and make it simpler to eat less. Overall, this is an excellent book.
