Vague and basic

I don't understand how this has almost 5-star reviews. Each "chapter" is two minutes long followed by a 10-15 minute long meditation. I could find meditations on Youtube if that's all I wanted. If you want to learn more about the actual science of healing breath and how the mind and physiology work together, this is not the book for you. Definitely not a "listen while you drive" book, can't meditate and drive at the same time!
