This really helps!

I was very skeptical about hypnosis and workout motivation, but every night when I listen to this going to sleep I wake up the next morning ready to go take on the world! I would recommend this for anyone who is having trouble getting over the hump or even just starting out.

Sends me into lala dreamland every time

I never get through the first chapter before falling asleep! It's great...I have lost a few pounds and have been exercising regularly.

Definitely recommend for those that have a hard time falling asleep. This book puts me right to sleep, has a soothing voice and I feel great in the morning.

I'm loving the results - lost 40lbs in 8 weeks!

I hated running growing up. After I got hurt I refused to have anything to do with working out other than riding a bike or swimming. My weight ballooned to 330 lbs. I downloaded this book and listened to it several times. That was 8 weeks ago.
I now spend 3-4 hours a week in the gym, I love every minute of it, I'm even RUNNING on the treadmill, I cant wait to get to the gym, my eating habits have been revamped and I've lost 40 lbs. I couldn't be happier with the results. I know in my heart this book had a lot to do with my success so far.

It has not worked for me

I found that the relaxing voice was lovely enough to help me sleep. I wake up multiple times a night and still do.
